Funny story, my parents thought they were making the name up. You see, I was named after my beautiful great grandmother Clarice. My parents wanted to soften the name a bit and ended up going with Clarissa, which was right around the time the show was at it's peak. Ironic, I know. It does make for a great pun, though.
